In Jacob's own words: "Aided the coaching staff and players with behind-the-scenes work to allow everyone in the program to focus on developing and winning. This ranged from doing the laundry to wiping up sweat at practice to cutting film for the coaches to view easier.

In this role, I supported daily team operations by coordinating practice preparation, organizing managers, and ensuring staff needs were communicated and implemented smoothly. I used Synergy and Sportscode to record and analyze practices and games, evaluate recruits, scout opponents, and produce video breakdowns for the coaching staff. I also helped expand the program's recruiting reach into previously untapped states, including Tennessee and Michigan, while developing travel schedules and assisting coaches with transportation to recruiting events. Additionally, I maintained accurate weekly CARA logs to ensure compliance with NCAA participation-hour requirements."
