Responsible for 60% of all game scouts.Ran player development, installed offensive sets year one. Also serving as equipment manager.
Helped install and establish a culture for a first year head coach.

Head all video/film breakdown. Ran a team of 4 managers and scout teams to teach players plays outside of practice time to expedite learning or out of position learning of plays.
Built various databases for players and coaches to access. Led summer workouts for multiple positions.
Player development, assistant in the weight room, and assisted in film break down.
Helped build playbook database for players in which they can see all plays offensively and defensively. It allowed them to see every play virtually with every option, in game and practice.

Mission
I had a lot of people who I've met through basketball that had a great value of impact and helped me change my life. My goal is help young men grow a foundation, and a sense of community in life, while also developing their skills in basketball.
Aspirations
My ultimate goal is to be a head coach in the NCAA or internationally.
Leadership
I've helped support and develop 5 players reach their ultimate goal of playing in the NBA and several others of playing professionally.
Cultural Impact
Built a sense of community within lockerroom with players. A place where they know they can always come back to in an era where players change establishments so much they, don't feel attached anywhere.
